 Cross Yoga is a new concept that blends elements of CrossFit and yoga into a full body, mind spirit workout modifiable at any level.  This co-ed class warms you up with calisthenics and mild plyometrics (body weight cardio exercises) for 25 minutes to get you prepared for 30 minutes of sustained yoga poses, Vinyasa style.  We close with five minutes of guided meditation and visualization.
